Sony BRAVIA XBR Series KDL-40XBR9 40-Inch LCD HDTV is yet another high end LCD TV from Sony jam packed with lots of innovative features. The display is typical Sony quality, so if you are a first time Sony user you will certainly be left amazed with its capability of rendering sharp, crisp and detailed pictures. 
Watching 1080p HD videos is in itself a treat on this LCD TV. There is no uneven shining on the corners of the screen; you can even observe it clearly when the end credits are scrolling down as the movie ends. The color reproduction is detailed and accurate, and your pictures would look great especially if you are watching those family picnic pictures in a slide show. The only small downside which is found in this LCD TV is that it is not that good when viewed from sideways.
