I’ve got to be honest; I’ve always been a Kodak kind of guy. It’s classic, reliable, and usually doesn’t run you more than $150. But, a friend of mine turned me on to this new Samsung camera. I have to admit, I was well impressed.
The price is a bit more than what I would like; however, for $258 I got some of the most incredible picture quality and technology that I’ve seen in the last six or so years. I know it shouldn’t exactly be that big of deal how advanced your camera is as long as it can take your pictures and give you a good print. But, I think it’s safe to say that Samsung has listened to its customers and taken everything into consideration. The most obvious advance is the front side LCD screen. It’s brilliant. Every once in a while I like to take a picture with me in the shot; this feature helps me do just that. I was also truly impressed with the 27mm wide angle lens. I mean, I can get wide angles without even putting in that much effort.
This is truly the photographer’s camera. Five stars.
