The Features
The LG LHT854 features a DVD player that upscales the picture when using an HDMI cable, allowing you to watch your current DVD format discs in full 1080p. The LHT854 also allows you to connect your iPod or iPhone so you can share media from it and charge it at the same time. The LG Simplink control interface is also available, which will allow it to connect and interact with other LG Simplink devices.

The sound system comes in at 1000-watts, including a 225 watt sub-woofer. The LG LHT854 fully supports Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby True HD and dts-HD, so you can be sure that you will be getting a true 5.1 surround sound experience. The system also has RCA audio inputs so you can connect other audio devices to the system with relative ease.
